I design projects, conduct business meeting with clients to discuss their requirements, and travel worldwide to implement projects and install production machines. My mechanical expertise and some of my other duties include: ⁻ DFM (design for manufacturing) of devices in high volume manufacture⁻ Implementing FEM (finite element method) analysis of components⁻ Performing metal manufacturing processes, welding and machining⁻ Analysing variation and safety factors in mechanical parts and assemblies⁻ Providing technical advice, creating 2D documentation, mechanical BOM (bill of materials) and drawing release data ⁻ Overseeing entire project from field assessments, detail documentation, machine start up and trouble- shooting following performance tests⁻ Sourcing materials, components and systems and creating detailed 3D CAD parts and assemblies with SolidWorks⁻ Working closely with manufacturing partners in Asia and the USA⁻ Developing and troubleshooting prototypes⁻ Training and supervising teams in international markets such as the USA, Mexico, Indonesia and Russia, and adapting procedures to suit local markets⁻ Reporting to senior management⁻ Managing budgets and minimising costs⁻ Providing progress reports for project managers and clients, and liaising with clients and suppliers to resolve design issues⁻ Visiting clients to supervise installation, provide technical expertise and solutions

I assisted in management of staff and delivery of supplies, managed the budget and kept costs to a minimum

I maintained and repaired existing equipment, installed new equipment set up, configured and maintained LAN network, workstations and other auxiliary electronic equipment.

I interpreted civil drawings and other structural specifications and acted as a translator at business meetings and on job assignments given the multi-cultural environment with Polish and other languages being spoken.
