- Internal training labs design and administration for customers (VM creation, scenarios, instructions, manuals etc.)- Malicious incidents and malware analysis within the customer’s environment- VMware ESXi server VM deployment and administration- Linux and UNIX server deployment and administration- Designing and preparing technical documentations - Incident log analysis- Communicating and working with vendors for escalating product issues- Supporting customers into problem solving and providing solution(s) or workarounds- Documenting cases to reflect the actions taken- Understanding customer systems and configurations, analyzing the more technically difficult problems, identifying defects and recommending solutions- Working closely with customer’s system engineers
