Assigned to help restructure strategic planning efforts and develop programs and initiatives to create a culture of accountability and to achieve key results of the Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC). To establish leadership and accountability training and recognition programs for all employees which included over 900 students. Key Accomplishments:• Collaborated with Executive Council/senior leadership team in re-establishing strategic planning process, focus and established key results and cultural beliefs for the next 5 years. New mission and vision statements were established for the next 10 years.• Implemented and sustained a Culture of Accountability training and focus for all employees and students. Weekly accountability training and support was implemented with results of greater employee work and team involvement and satisfaction, greater employee focus on PCC key results that included greater guest satisfaction. • Key Results were redefined and established for the next three years around: Annual EBITDA, Customer Satisfaction and Employee Engagement and Satisfaction. Key Results for 2022: Annual improvement in EBITDA; Customer satisfaction of 85% (1.2 million visitors each year); employee engagement and satisfaction of 84% (1300 employees).
