With over 22 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, I am passionate about developing leaders while delivering quality and automation solutions that enhance the performance, reliability, and efficiency of test equipment and operations. As the Director of Test Infrastructure Quality and Automation at Texas Instruments, I lead a global team that partners with various stakeholders to identify, develop, and deploy quality and automation tools across the test life cycle. I am motivated by the mission of TI to create a better world by making electronics more affordable through our technology. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked with different business units, customers, sales teams, and suppliers across regions.In my current role, I define the strategy and prioritize the investment areas for Texas Instrument's quality and automation, and communicate with executive-level leaders across business units. I also integrate software and hardware quality checks during the test development and test operations phases, and identify and develop automation solutions into new product development.
