This is the attitude I take into any discussion with clients, potential or otherwise.Having worked in the Telecommunications industry since November of 1994 (as a technician, then engineer, now Product Manager) my knowledge of radio network design, deployment and migration has developed to a point where I can put myself in the customers shoes to get an intimate understanding of the customer needs in terms of a radio system and how the radio communications solution will benefit and enhance their business.Enjoy thinking outside the square and like taking and project through from conception to delivery. This is important from a design perspective as you don't always see the mistakes made in design if you don't follow through on the deployment.Specialties: - System Customisation- P25 Network Design- DMR Network Design- System Migration Strategies and Planning.- Capacity Management Planning- Product Development Strategies
