I also manage access controls, adhere to integration processes, and configure monitoring services using App Dynamics, Grafana, and Splunk.Prior to PrimeUP, I worked as a Support Analyst at FADAMI, where I contributed to the administration of a fast payment solution for highways. My responsibilities included extracting data from SQL and MySQL servers, conducting system testing, and managing servers in both Linux and Windows environments.At LP Farma, where I served as IT Manager, I played a crucial role in leading a technical team, overseeing the structuring of network infrastructure, telephony, security, firewall, VPN, and antivirus. My management involved configuring and administering Windows servers, Active Directory, GPO, and LDAP.Technical Experience: I have experience in Microsoft and Linux technologies, Infrastructure as Code, Cloud Services (Azure and AWS), and advanced CI/CD practices.
