Around (12) years of experience in humanitarian response and development intervention in major international organizations such as the Danish Refugee Council (DRC), Solidarites International (SI) and Save the Children International (SCI). Multidisciplinary and endowed with varied skills, I served both at the operational level and at the level of coordination both in emergency and development contexts in specific sectors of the protection and gender norms, promotion of human rights and peace building, the construction of semi-durable shelters, the public health and the fight against HIV / AIDS, in the field of basic education and child protection, cash transfers, gender and peaceful conflict resolution, Child Right and Business and Child Right Governance etc. Defining research protocols, conducting surveys / evaluations and capitalizing on project achievements, the big data management and analysis with SPHINX, SPSS, STATA, POWER BI and R are values added to my skills. Manager and innovative leader, I train and supervise teams, I design and write project proposals that I submit to donors.
