Growunited is an independent, non-profit, local organization founded in 2021 with the main goal of promoting and developing civil society. It works to bring together people from diverse backgrounds, involve youth and citizens in decision-making processes, and encourage participation in democratic life. Promoting individual freedoms and interculturality leads to a more inclusive and diverse society. At the same time, we believe that we need to take responsibility and act to shape the future of tomorrow and drive bottom-up change through our shared values.Our projects focus on three main topics:1. Migration and Integration 2. Intercultural Projects 3. Quality Education

I have co-founded the MasterPeace club in Germany and currently serve as its Managing Partner. We organize intercultural projects and bring people from different backgrounds together. In my work with MasterPeace and other non-governmental organisations like Amnesty International, Hertie Stiftung, I have implemented over 30 projects that promote intercultural and peace work. One of the most notable projects is the work and publishing of the book "Warum wir hier sind" (Why we are here) - stories of migrants in Germany, which I co-authored and co-edited. Starting from 2021, projects conducted by MasterPeace are integrated into Growunited e.V., an independent, non-profit, local organization founded in 2021 with the main goal of promoting and developing civil society.

I joined Thinkport at the end of my first year of my undergraduate degree, when the team consisted of five people. I was mainly responsible for marketing and business development as well as company culture and branding. During my time at Thinkport, I built the marketing department from scratch and contributed to various internal processes. Over a period of two years, I supervised six interns for whom I was directly responsible, mentoring and supporting them in their work and integrating them into the company.Later, as the company grew, we organised it into thematic circles. I led the growth circle, which was responsible for business development, marketing, HR (in the beginning) and growth strategies. I helped the company grow from 5 to 55 employees and left after two years to start Preventio.

The Story Store was an online store that I founded together with my colleague Kristine Tauch after a successful crowdfunding campaign on startnext. The products promoted were the results of our storytelling activities and various workshops. The Story Store was a social enterprise that aimed to connect people from all over the world through stories that help us understand each other better. Although the work was truly inspiring and helpful to the community, we had to close due to low profitability and scalability, challenges that were accelerated by the pandemic.

I launched this project while in high school with the main goal to teach German to refugees and other migrants who had no access to German courses. I started the language course with a group of three and gave in-person classes twice a week. After the interest and the number of the participants grew, I decided to take the project online. "Wir lernen Deutsch" reached over 16,000 subscribers in three years. Although this work was very important, I withdrew from the initiative due to time constraints.

This consulting project was an integrated module within my bachelor studies and was done as part of a cooperation between accadis University of Applied Sciences and Basler Versicherungen. Together with a team of 15 people, I worked on the Real-Life Consulting Case "Smart Home Strategy". The main goal of the project was to develop a new and innovative business unit that creates a strategic alignment with the core business unit. We reported directly to the CIO and presented our solution to the managing board. I took on the role of team leader. Some of my tasks were: - Developing strengths of the team and working to improve our weaknesses- Identifying team goals and evaluating team progress - Developing the strategy to reach the team's goals - Resolving conflicts within the team - Organizing and structuring team initiatives - Coordinating internal and external communication - Manage the flow of day-to-day operations - Evaluation of the conducted qualitative and quantitative researchAll in all, I was very satisfied with the project and our results. I personally helped to create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort. I consider the project to have been a success, which was also shown by both the evaluation from the university and our client.
