CurrentDirect a team of 75 professionals including licensed engineers, project managers, environmental scientists, policy analysts, and finance staff in executing programs and initiatives aimed at reducing flood risk, promoting public health and safety, and enhancing the environment across all six major river systems in the county.Proficient in managing the day-to-day policy, technical, political, and operational aspects of the program, with full responsibility for a $15.8 million annual operating budget and a $160 million capital budget for 2023.
