Through Nettxio LLC I worked as a Network Engineer at Windstream for 2 years, where I played a key role in developing and launching a new project focused on Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) Repair Group. My responsibilities included managing critical network operations for 911 emergency services, hospitals, and military communications. I collaborated with major telecom providers such as Verizon, AT&T, Lumen etc. Additionally, I gained expertise in troubleshooting more than 17 different devices within the network. As part of a 12-person team working in shifts, we ensured 24/7 service for our customers. I worked as a Sales Manager at a petrol company for three years, managing sales for the Prishtina city zone. I was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients including DHL Express, Sheki Bakery, ERC Trade, Agro Fresh, Green Pharmacy, and Moment Post, among others. I specialized in selling fuel in bulk, providing tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of each customer while consistently achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s growth.

I worked as a Data Validation Agent in an Outbound Team, where I was responsible for conducting approximately 200 calls per day over a three-month period. My primary focus was on verifying and validating customer data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
