“People who love to eat are always the best people” –Julia Child A passionate lover of food Erica has spent the past 5 years engorged in food culture honing her skills and gaining international exposure to flavors, products and techniques. She opened Blend Catering to facilitate the availability of gourmet food options to the people. From Corporate Meeting Drop-Off’s, Intimate Events and even Gourmet Take-Home Meals Erica creates menus and food options that are meant to nourish the body and mind by using local and seasonal ingredients that inspire and satisfy the palateErica comes alive when she’s able to teach others. She has been teaching cooking classes at various venues including the LCBO for the past 7 years. Through Blend Catering she offer’s approachable and fun hands-on Cooking Classes to individuals and also as corporate team building events. Since Covid, she has adapted and created a Virtual Cooking Class experience.Erica has worked at the International Cannes Film Festival in France. She has appeared on 3 seasons of The Food Network's TV show Fire Masters as a Sous Chef. She has also food styled for various corporate clients and, recently for Celebrity Chef Matty Matheson.
