Support the stakeholders with time and cost management utilizing Primavera P6 and Hard dollar software tools.Develop and update summary level and detailed schedules.Create and update WBS, activity list and attributes based on design documents, examination of site conditions and discussions with stakeholders.Identify and monitor major milestones, schedule risks, critical approvals and long lead procurement items.Determine schedule logic and constraints based on discussion with stakeholders.Develop realistic activity duration's based on production rate, available manpower, historical data and obtain concurrence from stakeholders.Review contractor prepared estimates and schedules to ensure the appropriate level of detail and structure are applied to enable effective progress monitoring and project control.Conduct schedule quality review meetings with stakeholders.Integrate capital project schedule with turnaround schedule.Create and assign resources (cost, labor or material) to activities and develop cash flow reports and resource histograms.Perform resource leveling, create baselines and publish approved baseline schedule and resource histograms.Gather actual work progress information based on site inspections and stakeholder updates.Update the schedule and fix any out of sequence logic.Closely monitor and evaluate critical, near critical path activity logic.Identify and report schedule changes and trends.Prepare and publish schedule look-ahead and ad-hoc reports.Prepare and present schedule performance reports including actual work progress, trend, delays, SPI and milestone completion forecast to the leadership team and stakeholders.Collaborate with the cost team and prepare project cost performance reports.Suggest fast-track options and/or develop recovery plans when delays are anticipated.Prepare and publish as-built schedules and close out reports.Assist with new hire interviews, train and mentor new hires and oversee their projects.

The dossier also included the quality plan, work method statement, weld map, WPS, PQR, welder test certificates, NDE procedures, hydro test procedure, catalyst replacement procedures, flange integrity check list, necessary equipment drawings and isometric drawings.Prepared contractor work method statement for maintenance of shell & tube heat exchangers, plate heat exchangers, spiral heat exchangers, boilers, condensers, super-heaters, mass transfer equipments, compressors, extruders, pumps, storage tanks, CCR reactors, PDH reactors, hydrogenation reactors, MTBE reactors, primary reformers, secondary reformers, furnaces, valves, pipelines, structural beams, sulfur pits, sumps and catalyst replacement jobs during projects, plant turnarounds & shutdowns.Monitored material, processes and workmanship for quality assurance.Compiled QA/QC documents including inspection requests, repair procedures, calibration certificates, non-compliance reports, inspection observations and mill test certificates.Coordinated with the client reliability, process inspection representatives and the site in-charge for inspection schedule.
