• Maintain daily accounting operations including financial reporting, general ledger entries, account receivables and payables, account collections, commission reports and weekly revenue reports for 5 companies• Prepare, analyze and maintain monthly financial report that includes detailed income statements, balance sheets, monthly sales reports and graphs, monthly adjusting journal entries, internal account reconciliations, bank reconciliations and depreciation/amortization schedules for 5 companies• Prepare, file and pay weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly tax reports that include 940 and 941 reports, state and local withholding reports, SUTA and FUTA reports for 5 companies doing in business in 6+ states
