Responsibilities:• Leading the Application and Database Administration Team• Managing the Healthcare Information System• Implementation of the new Application, Modules and functions• Guide project teams in Requirements Analysis, Functional Documentation, Testing and Roll-out• Project management, time and activity planning, roadmaps and documentation • Liaison between the application providers and the hospital and make sure all deliverables and milestones accomplish with in the timelines• Managing and updating the policy and procedure for HIS • Management of Information System(MIS), Chapter leader for local and international accreditation programs like Joint Commission International (JCI), College of American Pathologist (CAP), American Association of Blood Bank (AABB), American college of Radiology (ACR) and Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI) • Head of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HMISS), Stage 6 EMRAM accreditations • Leading the data migration tasks • Communicate with Business Owners and Stakeholders and document their requirements• PACS Integration lead & LIS Analyzer integration lead• Release and Version control • RCA Reports preparation• Comply with the SLA for internal and external customers

Responsibilities:• Managing Oracle Databases in 6 hospital sites• Installation, configuration and upgrading of Oracle software and related products• Evaluate Oracle features and Oracle related products• Establish and maintain sound backup, recovery policies and procedures• Managing Database design and implementation• Implement and maintain database security (create and maintain users and roles, assign privileges)• Perform database tuning and performance monitoring• Setup and maintain documentation and standards• DB capacity planning • Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required• Perform general technical trouble shooting and give consultation to development teams• Problem and bug reporting to Oracle support.• Patch Management and Version Control• In-house development team coordination • Managing the Hospital Information System (HIS)• Manage the GE asset plus system.
