I have previous work experience from my own consulting business, international consulting companies and from financial institutions. I have project manager experience from both DNB and Capgemini, and management experience from DNB. In addition I have worked with, among other, strategy, budgeting, restructurings, customer service, procedures and advisory. As project manager I have worked with risk management, compliance, development projects, company establishment and business/product development. Previous tasks also include facilitation of workshops, process design and documentation of work processes.As a person I am devoted to the assignment and loyal. I have good understanding of business and good analytical skills, and cooperates well with clients on all levels from top management to workers on lowest levels.I thrives with new assignments and appreciates the opportunity to meet new people and cultures.My highest education is a MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney, Australia with specialisation in finance, strategy, negotiation and conflict management.
