Assigned as Application Support Analyst for the Unsecured Lending Team – CCMS (Credit Card Management System). This role comprises of the following:- Monitor incident tickets for multiple countries thru BMC Remedy. This tickets can be: 1) Batch job related incident (job failure, late submission, waiting submission, etc); 2) BAU queries from business users and operations team (credit card processing, GL, reports, etc) 3) Queries from batch and online interface (online failure, connection issue, etc); and 4) Issues raised by cardmembers (posting of fees, transaction got declined, etc)- Ensure that no tickets will age (<15 days) and that all unclosed tickets are work in progress.- Resolve job failures and make sure that SLA/OLA defined for the specific country will not be impacted. If SLA will be impacted, inform downstream interfaces, business users and online users. - Analyze system problems, identify root cause, and provide solution for the specific issue; analyzes processes and recognizes areas that need improvement.- Attend the weekly change approval meeting to discuss the change requests that will be implemented for next week.- Implement and drive fix for production issues/tickets: analysis, design, unit test, SIT (if needed), UAT, implementation and UVT.- Coordinate with the Development Team for any changes that they will be implementing in production. - Attend the Quality Change Board meeting whenever there are changes made by project team that will be implemented in production. Make sure that the changes that will be made by the project team will not impact the current credit card processing and will not cause production issue when implemented.- Timely escalation to manager when needed especially if critical batch job encountered failure that may impact SLA or any issue that can compromise the bank’s reputation and credibility.
