I used to work as his Virtual Assistant. My responsibilities include data entry, spreadsheet tasks, research, calendar management, grocery updates, and creating CANVA posts for my client's Social media accounts. I use Photoshop, Lightroom, and Canva as my software in editing.I was able to do administrative tasks like doing follow-up calls, email marketing, and email scraping (with G Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Calendly and Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheets). I did Lead generation, LinkedIn leads and used VPN for these.I handled the Onboarding and Hiring process for new team members. I use Trello, Airtable, Hubspot, and Asana for our CRM. For time tracking, I have experience in using Clockify and Hubstaff.

I used to book meetings through the Instagram application via Direct Message, and scripts were provided. I socialize with customers online to buy our products and I need to initiate the conversation and need to have my own marketing strategy to qualify a lead. I also promote the brand itself and help increase brand awareness and sales. I did Instagram Outreach as a Junior Outreach Specialist did all the Lead generation tasks and followed Instagram rules and guidelines.
