Current• Ensure commercial strategy development by aligning sales, marketing, and product management efforts to ensure revenue growth, effective operations, and market expansion • Oversee sales, strategic partnership, and product development management of the business to ensure that each department is driving revenue• Conduct commercial market analysis to develop relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients• Work with CEO to develop and strategize the launch of products based on consumer market research and use data-driven metrics to assess the performance of those products • Manage commercial finance, reports, and pricing strategies to maximize company profitability • Develop strategic partnerships, negotiate and manage contracts with clients• Recruit, train, and manage sales team. Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets
