I am a first-year PhD student in Applied Economics and Policy at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, specializing in environmental, energy, and natural resource economics. My research interests stem from growing up in a Ghanaian community impacted by illegal mining and environmental degradation. I aim to contribute to the literature on climate change, renewable energy, and optimal resource extraction strategies to promote sustainable development and economic growth. I have skills and experience in primary and secondary data collection, data analysis, literature reviews and academic writing.
