Gained vast experience in the field of Records management with one of the leading commercial records center in Zimbabwe (Archive-it). The organisation specialize with onsite and offsite records management. As a records officer i have practical experience in number of activities to include processing of retrievals, managing records center, supervising records staff in the records center ,carrying out stock take exercises, preparing weekly, monthly and annual strategic reports. I also have experience in using records management softwares like Arcman and SharePoint. With the paradigm shift in the field of records management, i have also gained exprience in digitisation process.
