I am a post graduate student from Cape Peninsula University of Technology with an outstanding academic record (Cum Laude) in Baccalauureus Technologiae Degree in Human Resource Management. Attaining a National Diploma in Human Resource Management has motivated me to excel in my career and gave me an eagerness to achieve excellence in my final year. I desire to generalise in Human Resource Management as I do not want to limit myself in terms of my expertise and theoretical knowledge in my career. At a later stage in my career I would like to further my studies and complete my Magister Technology Degree (Mtech) in Human Resource Management. However, after that, I would like to specialise within a specific role in Human Resource Management. I have good communication skills and I currently possess the ability to endure intensive pressure and maintain a constant mind-set towards what I want to achieve. I am able to handle very well interpersonal conflict and try always to resolve the situation amicably for mutual gain. With my continuous enthusiastic and energetic morale, I seek limitless learning opportunities. I am a highly driven-motivated individual with an authentic eagerness/passion to learn and desire to achieve excellence in everything that I do. I am flexible, quick to pick up new skills, hardworking and always pay attention to detail. Together with this, I take on very well new challenges as they will enable me to develop and grow after I have successfully completed them. I have a drive of never giving up. I am extremely passionate about my career choice. One of my major goals is to get employment in an organisation were I can add value and further my career. My future goal is to further my studies and graduating with a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
