I access correspondence from the desk of the executive chairman, take all records on taxes, evaluate them, checkmate every tax document critically to avoid errors then take them to the appropriate departments to be worked on. I ensure the effective and optimum collection of all revenue including levies and penalties due to the state government under relevant federal and state laws. Accounts for all amounts so collected in a manner to be prescribed by the SA which is later ascertained and deemed right by the governor. Make recommendations when appropriate to the joint tax board on tax policy, tax reform, tax registration, tax treaties, and exemptions as may be required from time to time.
