I work in the health care sector as a HMO Desk and billing Officer, as a HMO Desk Officer/Billing Officer I confirm the eligibility of enrollees, get an authorization code for treatment and also send patients bills monthly to their appropriate Health Organizations via email or Portal.

I welcome patients and direct them to the different departments where treatment for their needs is administered, I also register patients and update their records using an EMR software, I reply emails and calls directed to the hospital.
