*Assist with managing regulatory approval process for new product registration, reformulation of product and renewal of product licenses with NAFDAC through efficient follow up process. *Process and obtain approvals for product adverts on desired mediums, change in label design, pack size extension, change of product name, promotional labels with NAFDAC. *Assist with managing the process of MANCAP certification and revalidation. *Process and obtain SONCAP and NAFDAC import permits. *Maintain updated record for all product license status, annual payment of regulatory levies/dues and renewal of other regulatory licenses/certificates (Weight & Measure, NEPC, Factory License, MAN, Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund). *Support quality, supply chain and marketing team in establishing procedures to protect the business from unforeseen regulatory crisis and where applicable, develop procedures to mitigate the issues (i.e consumer complaints, fake products, importation related issues). *Support HSE department when necessary, in managing activities of NESREA and LASEPA. *Research, study and manage claims on product labels. *Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and developments in regulatory environment.
