I've always been passionate about helping businesses and individuals. That's why I started my career in digital marketing and customer relationship management. I love working with businesses to understand their customers and create marketing campaigns that would resonate with them. But over time, I started to feel like I wanted to do more. I wanted to be more involved in the product development process. I wanted to see my ideas come to life and make a real difference in the lives of users.So, I decided to transition to product design. It was a big change, but it was also an incredibly rewarding one. I've learned so much about the product development process and how to design products that are both user-friendly and valuable. One of the things I love most about product design is that it's a collaborative process. I get to work with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to create products that meet the needs of users and businesses alike.I'm also grateful for the transferable skills that I've gained from my previous experience in digital marketing and customer relationship management. My understanding of user behaviour and data analysis has been invaluable in my work as a product designer.I'm excited to see what the future holds for me as a product designer. I'm passionate about creating products that make a positive impact on people's lives. And I'm confident that my experience in digital marketing and customer relationship management will help me to achieve my goals.
