More than 15 years experience in Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights, HIV programming and Health systems strengthening.* Strong public sector linkages -currently coordinating the Swedish Embassy funded MOHCC & PSZ partnership public sector strengthening (PSS) project focusing on family planning and post abortion care support.*Experience in stakeholder engagement- part of the team that contributed in the inception processes of the PSS project in 2018.*Strong expertise in Clinical Quality Management , training and mentorship of nurses in the public sector.*Experience in Counseling, HIV workplace programming, Family planning, SGBV.*Pivotal in the development of HIV Counseling Standard operating procedures. Strong clinical inpatient care in the first 5 years as a general nurse.
