I led a team of Business Analysts to carryout a large scale project for a Pet Shop Client in the UK. Pet Mart project is focused on creating a web and mobile application platform to upscale business operations and improve business visibility. Prince 2 and Agile/Scrum Methodologies were utilized in building this web application.Duties:(a) Requirement gathering and elicitation as well as documenting requirement, writing user stories for each of the low level requirements while capturing the acceptance criteria. (b) Working within a cross-functional team (developers, QAs, Product owner, PMs) presenting findings and recommendations to deliver products utilizing agile methodologies. (c) Contributing to the sprint prioritization process by collaborating with the Product Manager to agree on what epics, features and stories should be included in each sprint.
