Redesigned project surveys through SurveyMonkey, collaborating seamlessly with the data team to guarantee the accurate recording of data, maintaining its integrity throughout the analysis process.Ensured team commitment and accountability for deliverables through the preparation of RACI Chart. This helped in clarifying roles by defining who is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed, thereby informing team members and facilitating effective project progress tracking.
