´Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Relational Marketing’I cleaned and organized data on all prospective customers collected through webinars, Fairs, Soirées Porte Ouverte, and Journées Porte Ouverte. I then created various marketing campaigns using our CRM software Dynamics 365 and BREVO. I composed and sent emails and SMS messages to these prospects.I also created registration forms using the Weezevent platform.As part of a team, I participated in weekly backlog reviews using Jira with the partner company (APSIA) responsible for developing our customized CRM system.´Digital Marketing’I was responsible for creating both static and dynamic advertisement designs using Adobe and Canva software for placement on our various digital platforms.I crafted and ran various ads on our YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok channels. This included developing the content, captions, and overall strategy for these digital marketing campaigns.I worked with our partner company on our different Search Engine Optimization (SEO) using SEMRUSH and Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns with Google Ads. This involved creating defensive and offensive headlines and descriptions for our various marketing campaigns.´Data Analysis’I frequently used Excel, Power BI, and SQL to analyze data from the various sources mentioned above. I created clear visuals and dashboards using Power BI and PowerPoint.I provided written analysis and recommendations for the next stage of prospect engagement.
