As an Area Head at Insurance Dekho, I am guiding and mentoring a team of Relationship Managers to complete their assignments by spreading targets across the channels, providing necessary assistance, giving motivation and ensuring achievement of organizational revenue targets in budgeted parameters.I am bring with me 14 years of dedicated experience in the general insurance industry. My journey has been shaped by nine years within insurance companies, followed by five years engagement in insurance broking.In 2019 when Renewbuy started their operations in Kerala I was the first employee for them in Kerala. At that time agents in Kerala were unfamiliar with the concept of insurance broking technology. Initially we had big challenges but my team and I had invested significant time and effort to educate and empower agents about the benefits and functionalities of this innovative platform. Actually It was an exciting time of innovation and transformation within the industry as technology began reshaping traditional insurance practices. I had the privilege of witnessing and contributing to the evolution of the new insurance technology of broking in the state.Currently in Insurance Dekho I am taking care of entire Kerala State. After my appointment I had developed the retail team in Kerala. My first focus was on onboarding. With in 1.5 years we have build a team of 1350 agent base here and 70% of them are active in each month. Our Activation rate is the highest in our company. Every month Kerala state is coming in the first 3 positions PAN India on "Number of ACTIVATION" & in "PLATFORM BUSINESS." Our Team is doing good in all the Parameters - Onboarding, Activation, Health Activation, Motor Premium etc.I am very much familiar in the region and in the insurance industry of Kerala. Keeping good relationship with a large number of major Insurance Agents in Kerala. There is so many consolidators in Kerala who is giving better payout more than our company. But still we are doing better number by maintaining good relationship and service. I have already proved how to build a strong Agent base and increase retail business.My tenure has been characterized by a pursuit of excellence, marked by achievements such as building and nurturing agent networks and consistently exceeding performance targets.
