• Implement and manage projects of blueEHR – Appointment Scheduling, Compliance Tracking, Initial Assessments, Treatment Plans, Teleconsultation etc.• Transitioning projects from Open EMR to blueEHR.• Document business analysis artefacts.• Maintain the Product Backlog and prioritize the Product Backlog Items for the successive Sprints based on defined criteria.• Lead the production of detailed functional requirements and/or user stories, including non-functional requirements.• Facilitate focused group discussions involving cross-functional teams involved in the Solution Development and bring in consensus on the best design.• Lead and review the development of User Acceptance criteria, Test Plans and Test Cases on time. Oversee functional/user testing (User Acceptance Testing) and be accountable for user sign off of changes.• Be part of the Daily Scrum during the Sprint, be available for Clarifications on the Business or Functional requirements for the Scrum teams.• Utilize best practice processes around work assignments, time management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance.• Discussing validation approach and overall validation timelines with the client.• Manage validation strategy vs. overall project plan. • Projects set-up of new clients within specific deadlines.• Taking up the ownership of the project and set up the Health care benefits and payroll of the clients using Web-based application after collecting the requirements from the client.• Point of contact for all the escalations; Analyze and provide resolution to the Business Unit on a daily basis.• Managing day-to-day operation of staff including systems issues & servicing.• Monitoring productivity & quality of work to meet CTQ parameters.• Conducted calibration sessions on a fortnightly basis to minimize errors & improve quality.• Handling Weekly calls with the business unit and providing them resolution for the smooth transition of the client, based on the analysis as well as the status of the project.• Coordinate with onshore Lead Configuration Analysts in the creation of procedures and also to work on the periodic review of the procedures.• Conduct sessions for new recruits before On-Job training.• Driving innovation in the team by taking Innovathon session regularly.
