With a foundation in Computer Science from the University of Kerala, my most recent role was managing the CRM Department at Singular Cloud. Core competencies include implementing and integrating CRM systems, a deep understanding of SaaS, and leveraging web analytics to streamline customer relationship processes.At Singular Cloud, our team enhanced CRM efficacy through automation, contributing to a more cohesive customer journey. This role built upon previous experiences where we achieved smoother operations and customer support at Homescaner Real Estate and Denisys Technologies.
