I've spent the most part of my life among orphans and children from mediocre backgrounds, so I can closely relate what different kids go through in tough phases of life, their emotional needs and expectations. It is my strong desire to help all kinds of children in overcoming their life struggles, get them out of their isolated state of mind and work towards their psychological betterment. Currently, I am pursuing M.Sc in Human Development and researching upon emotional development of a child and various factors which affect their behavior and self esteem.Since the past one year, I've been working as the coordinator at a Centre in Panchkula which aims at education and overall development of underprivileged children from nearby colonies. Due to my position, I've dealt with many tricky family situations and understand the issues which hinder these students' growth. Before that, I've even taught the same children myself for around 2 years. I am looking for opportunities to gain experience in the psychology sector. I am proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and well versed in Hindi, English, Sanskrit and Punjabi languages.
