Since 20 years I am transforming industrial processes and operation through digital.Enthusiastic and engaged, I am a seasonned executive leader. After more than 10 years dealing with innovative, tranversal and complex projects, I have put a strong focus on Innovation and digital transformation of industrial companies leveraging the value creation .I establish the digital transformation strategy and define accordingly the project plan. To stay accountable of the global path, I manage and monitor the projects portfolio.Transforming through Digital requires tackling two challenges: ⏩ Improving internal efficiency and productivity: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Productivity-oriented Digital applications are key to perform better. Review, digitalization of processes.⏩ Creating value for the client: technologies of the Digital age allow to create new products and services, based on innovative business model and clever user experiencethose axes of transformation are my compass in the digital transformation landscape. It requires to align IT teams, Digital transformation teams, business teams etc… in a joint force to takle those challenges and create more value. In this journey I try to drive the way with empathy, leadership and vision.My knowledge of global enterprise processes (operation and business partners) allows me to establish links, being a real bridge among teams. Thanks to this ability, I facilitate the transformation projects and ensure the appropriate change management level.Digital technologies like IoT, augmented and virtual reality (AR and VR), together with data technologies (data visualization, data analytics, BI...) and artificial intelligence (AI) are strong allies I have implemented with sucess.
