Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly accounting reports for management- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and inventory tracking for all branches of LPG Stores- Support project analysis and validation of plans- Work directly with the finance manager to manage company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements- Posting daily accounting transactions on general Journals using Sage Evolution Accounting software- Weekly Bank reconciliations on all deposits and transfers within the company’s various business lines- Preparing LPG and PMS shortage report to management- Work with finance manager to prepare company annual budget and revenue strategies for management approval.
