I have learned many different positions in the lab. Starting with removable model work and ending as the fixed miller. In both departments I able to complete model work and digital printing, as well as maintain the 3d printers. In the removable department I can fabricate wax up/try-ins, bite rims and custom trays, mouthguards, essex retainers with and without teeth, bleach trays and process dentures/partials. In the fixed department I can scan each case, design, nest, mill and sinter with a little grinding experience. I am able to schedule all cases, record what comes in from a doctor's office, bill and take payments, answer phone calls and maintain contact with offices to keep everyone up to date on cases.

Provided all levels of customer service, including answering phones, returning phone calls, sending and responding to emails, making cash and card transactions, running social media accounts and taking care of all fish, plants and reptiles in the store. I also helped customers with questions such as starting a tank, water chemistry, compatible fish and plants, feeding suggestions, lighting and heating, and problems in the tank. For reptiles I would help customers find the best fit starting with the reptile, and moving onto the tank, lighting, food, humidity, heat, bedding and temperament.
