Responsible for a cross-functional team that takes a deep understanding of client needs and market landscapes and curates innovative consulting offerings that bridge business and technology domains. We cover all areas of organsational change and development including Business & Technology Strategy, Operating Models, Cloud enablement, Data and AI. Within this team I am also the Cloud and Engineering Enablement lead with a focus on helping organisations adapt Cloud from strategy through to engineering.

Focussing on creating a new operating model for integrating three very different consulting organisations into one. The operating model considered people, capability, growth and go-to-market alignment for 1000 people in a 350k-person GSI.

Working with our largest clients, providing high-value consulting, and leading teams across all areas of Technology transformation in a multitude of industries.

Following the organisation's rapid growth, my remit expanded to include accountability for delivery success and strategic alignment across our critical accounts. I served as the senior technology transformation leader and escalation point for over 200 consultants across multiple delivery streams, ensuring outcomes and ongoing success for our customers. I also focussed on pre-sales activities to help bring the best of Contino to our customers. During this period of continued and rapid growth, I worked with the ELT to shape our consulting offerings, improve internal processes and recruit some of the best consultants in the industry.

Working as a senior leader for one of the world's most dynamic start-ups focussing on DevOps, Cloud and Digital Transformation. This role had two functions: forging strategic and ongoing relationships with key clients to deliver outcome-based work and helping the organisation grow and thrive in an ever-challenging landscape. Collaborating directly with the UK's largest and most well-known financial and enterprise organisations, assisting them in both a hands-on and strategic capacity in realising the benefits of cloud adoption and Agile working methods. Concentrating on clients' critical business and operational requirements, engaging with the CxO suite, Chief Architects, CISO, Cyber Security, and Risk teams to deliver solutions, articulate and educate on designs and understand and mitigate risks while ensuring and demonstrating compliance. Leading and establishing numerous client engineering teams and successfully transitioning from a consultant-provided to a client-supported mode of operation during each engagement.

As an independent contractor for 15 years, I collaborated and led engineering projects across various sectors, such as utilities, finance, and healthcare across the UK and Europe. My roles focused on all aspects of technology modernisation, such as cloud platform development, global infrastructure engineering, next-gen mobile banking solutions, and team building and operations.My portfolio of work spans various industries and challenges. For example, I played a crucial role in modernising the mobile banking infrastructure for a finance client, taking them to 1st place in the app store, built a nationwide diagnostic scanning infrastructure for a healthcare provider to accelerate the diagnosis of critical pathway patients and built and migrated 2 data centres for a primary utility provider with zero customer impact.Throughout these engagements, I approached each project with a dual perspective: addressing immediate needs while focusing on long-term strategic goals. This directive ensures my contributions remain relevant and sustainable long after my tenure with each customer has ended.
