I am a Family Medicaid IMC II providing families and individuals with the best benefits for Medicaid with low-income.

I am a Mailing Database Coordinator. I handle all aspects of mail planning and mail processing. I receive mail lists from CSR/Clients and process mail projects to create files for our Bindery operators to perform and send out. I also work with the USPS representative to ensure all mail meets USPS regulations and report a weekly inventory to USPS PO to ensure we have enough mail supplies for labor to run smoothly and efficiently. I also work independently with the accounting team as a Billing Specialist. I pull pre-invoices to create invoices and send them out to our clients. I also analyze and coordinate a variety of financial data for internal use purposes.
