Led the production of all office publications as project manager, budget supervisor, writer and copy editor. Publications included a twice-yearly feature story magazine, an annual report, and a twice-monthly electronic newsletter.Developed content and managed the website for the Office of Sponsored Projects Administration.Helped craft and implement strategic communications and marketing plans.Created a system to manage project assignments, monitor progress and track the results of communications.

Advised current and prospective students, helping with orientation, registration and academic progress. Coordinated student tutoring program.
