Responsible for establishing the Mango Israel LTD.Looked for the locations and negotiated the renting leases of the Mango shops and Mango Outlet shops. In total 8 shops leased of 800 sqm average. Market Research, P&L, goals.-Coordinated the construction works of corporate mega stores following instructions from the interior design department of the Mango headquarters .-Hired the first sales and manager team for the shops.-Assist to the different department from the headquarters to achieve their task in the market.Stock Control Coordinated the inventory team.
