My role was to oversee the cultural programs of the city, focusing on supporting workshops, exhibitions, and public events. I was responsible for executing the overall plan for work culture and tourism, which included proposing events and scenarios to promote the city. My office was located at the Municipal Band, and I was involved in cultural work with citizens. In tourism, I worked with the South Altos Tourism Council, where we developed regional promotions.During my tenure as Director, I secured resources for constructing a film forum at the current House of Culture of the municipality and managed the renewal of the virtual museum's equipment and facilities with the State Government. Teamwork and attentive response to the population's needs, as well as support for local artists, were fundamental to my role.• Organized events such as Pastorelas through city neighborhoods with the Theatre Workshop• Coordinated January and April festivities, incorporating cultural, artistic, and visual innovations• Organized the Day of the Dead theater event• Created and implemented the Prolog Project, a space for promoting local writers• Supported immigrants through the federal monitoring program "Welcome Paisano"• Assisted citizens with workshops at the House of Culture, including music, dance, theater, singing, painting, literature, and photography• Established a new photography workshop• Formed the new Municipal Mariachi• Supported and managed the advanced dance workshop tour across municipalities• Developed the global plan and monthly work schedules• Managed attention to areas protected by the INHA, considered pre-Hispanic heritage, including Cuesta de Edificios, La Barbacoa, and Cerro del Vívorero• Ensured the protection and care of the Sauz de Cajigal Site Museum• Managed resources to support writers
