With over 10 years of experience in brand and business strategy, human-centred design, creative leadership, customer experience, and culture design, I am passionate about co-creating bright futures for people and organisations. As the founder of A Tribe Called Humans, I lead a collective of free-range experts who share the vision of shaping a better WEconomy and who have diverse and complementary capabilities to cut through complexity and facilitate a human-first, participative approach to strategy, innovation and culture.I am also an alumni coach for creative leadership and human-centred systems thinking at IDEO U, where I help learners develop their skills and mindsets to solve complex challenges and drive positive change. My areas of domain expertise include behavioural economics, participative strategy and culture design, creative facilitation, and persuasive presentations.
