I am passionate about design, business development, and team building. I enjoy problem-solving and devising new ways to improve processes. I like creating efficiencies and unearthing new avenues for growth. These traits helped me grow my own business. We started out as a small art project and 13 years later our company, the Monster Factory had: a thriving online and wholesale business; licensing partners; a large and successful joint-venture partner; an original mobile game; and television concepts in development. Developing and managing each aspect of our evolving business was demanding and rewarding in equal measure. That’s my kind of fun.During my career I have worked to build a diverse and flexible skillset, as demanded over the course of my entrepreneurial experience.
