- Translated, revised, proofread diverse documents related to Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix business material including pharmacy brochures, cosmetics and skin care documents, corporate communications, urgent recalls, Life Brand product profiles, training manuals, websites, Tweeter and Facebook contents.

- Translated a wide variety of documents such as controlled marketing material, training & development material, detail aids, plans of action, medical affairs material, community relations material, promotional pieces or presentations, product-related documents.- Managed assigned translation projects and complied with internal translation processes and standards.- Occasionally helped revise/proofread translations done by other translators and freelancers. - Took ownership of the realignment of all French Drug Safety and Surveillance template letters and forms, saving a significant amount of work for the Translation group.
