I offer highly personalized physical therapy in the comfort of your home, office or other mutually agreed upon meeting location (I've met up at a park or beach if that was wanted/needed). A big part of what I love is providing you with the tools and education to care for your body long term. An important part of being able to care for yourself revolves around what you have access to- your everyday environment. Apart from that, I bring all the stuff we need so that you can save time, energy, and enjoy your life. My style of physical therapy uses a variety of techniques beyond familiar exercises or massage to optimize what your body is capable of so you’re resilient to whatever comes your way.
