I graduated with a Bachelor in International Hospitality Management which focuses on both the Management and Operations side the Hospitality, Tourism and Customer Service sector.Previously an intern for one of the most prestigious 5 Star Hotels in the bustling city of Osaka, Japan. Learning to adapt to a unique different working culture and providing white glove services to the guests and clientele.I was also part of the opening operations team for Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park in Genting Highlands Malaysia. Settings up a team to monitor the operations aspect and performance of the Park for the safety, security, comfort and enjoyment of guests were ensured.The most recent working experience is dealing with the B2B clients of a Fortune 500 company specializing in social media marketing. Such an experience has given me an advantage in better understanding the social media marketing tools, strategies and techniques.
