This dashboard was primarily utilized within the corporate compliance team, but shared with other application owners when necessary.The second project focused on creating a chat bot to field inquiries from employees for help in completing security questionnaires from potential vendors. This chat bot incorporated natural language processing elements, to create a realistic, and helpful experience for all users. It also provided flexibility, based on what type of user was currently using it, such as adding information directly from the bot, or sending inquiries to other users if a proper answer was not found.
