My goal is to have changes implemented and the infrastructure improved in a way that our colleagues and customers only experience the benefits of these activities.In this role one of my activities is to prepair and to chair the weekly CAB meetings.I have redesigned the change management procedure to ensure it would better fit our organization but still comply with ISO27001 (Information security) requirements. By simplifying the process the number of changes that require CAB authorization has been reduced. This enables the teams to quicker raise and implement changes without enhancing the risks for TNT.Also I manage the Service Introduction process. This process makes sure that new or amended services can be properly supported. I find it most satisfying to see a process being implemented without any loose ends.Other processes that have my interest are Release management and Access management. Concerning release management I was involved in creating the procedure for TNT Benelux. The access management procedure has been updated by me in 2014. When performing the update one of my focus points was making sure it was alligned with the other procedures. In 2011 I have been enabled to participate in the LEAN Greenbelt training. After this I have led a few improvements at ICS Benelux. It is really pleasing to analyse the problem together with the team and to select and implement the most apprioprate solution. -
Change CoördinatorTnt Express Oct 2008 - Jan 2010As change coordinator I was managing the change process at the ICS department of TNT Express Benelux in close corroboration with the Change Manager.Next to this I also discussed the non-standard requests within ICS and assigned these requests to the correct teams when appropriate.In this role I have been involved in migrating our tailor-made Self Service Portal (SSP) to a portal (SMT-X) suitable to interact with HP Openview. As funtional manager I made sure the requirements of our users were available. Also I provided training for our key-users and I was happy to answer questions. -
