Design, develop, and implement interfaces between Smart Grid systems SAP XI/PI, Itron IEE, Bitstew Grid Director, OPower, and SmartSync TMS. Work on the Smart Grid blueprinting effort to examine and fully understand the operations and functionalities of integrations between all Smart Grid Systems. Analyze and assess the feasibility of the vendors’ interfaces to determine compatibility and alignment with Smart Grid business requirements. Work with vendors to design data models and service extensions to interfaces to meet the business needs. Write technical interface specification documents to guide vendors, developers, integration teams, and project teams. Provide expertise knowledge and technical assistance to the implementation effort as needed. Maintain the Enterprise Semantic Model (ESM) and promote SOA design where appropriate. Employ the IEC CIM international standards for ESM base models and design extensions to fit for business requirements. Utilize UML2 to capture integration requirements adopting the top down approach maintaining all artifacts in source controlled environment and managed by the EA Sparx software. Well versed in XML, XSD, WSDL, and web development technologies. Integrate SAML2.0 between remote systems. Many years of experience working with JSPs, Java Servlets, Enterprise Java Beans, SAP Enterprise Portal Application, SAP Web Dynpro, Java Proxy, JCo, JCA, SAP Portal Services, .Net C#, and Visual Basics.
