My mission is to help people see that optimum nutrition, weight, fitness, and health can all be improved by taking simple and concrete steps to make changes in their daily life. Wellness comes from the Inside Out and does not have to be extremely time consuming or difficult. Everyone can improve their health and well-being through the various facets of The Bloom Inside Out Method, or The B.I.O. Method(tm).I have a unique and eclectic background, having danced with Martha Graham and The American Ballet Theater, was part of the original management team and fitness innovator with Jane Fonda Workouts, Inc., presenting the first Low Impact Aerobics classes, and a long background as a Therapist specializing in Behavioral Modification. I am presently having great success in running my own Wellness and Pilates Coaching business; Bloom Inside Out which offers both personal and corporate programs. My specialty is Wellness and Longevity and Aging Healthfully. I work with all ages, but specialize in the mature adult and women's concenrs. We offer group and private programs, workshops, public speaking and retreats.
